Class A CDL Driver – Columbus, GA

Goldens’ Foundry Machine Company is seeking a qualified Class A CDL Driver to join our
team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering cast iron products
primarily within Columbus, GA, with additional routes possible in nearby areas. Our drivers are
local, ensuring you are home every night; however, you may participate in an on-call rotation for
after-hours and weekend emergency deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Loads, secures, transport, deliveries, and unloads propane to and from specified destinations
• During daily interaction with customers, the CDL Driver provides exceptional customer service by supplying service information and answering inquiries
• Prepares and maintains records in accordance with regulations and company procedures
• Inspects vehicle and notifies supervisor of needed equipment, supplies, or routine maintenance
• Operates truck in accordance with established safety procedures
• Maintains compliance with all DOT requirements
• Participates in on call rotation for after hours and weekend emergency deliveries or response
• Performs other duties as assigned, including but not limited to yard and plant maintenance or dock work.

Qualifications:

• Must have a current Class A CDL Drivers License

Pre-employment drug screening is required.
